Front Office Associate 2nd Shift (Full-Time)

This position requires excellent customer service skills, communication skills, and a positive attitude. Responsibilities will include checking guest in and out of the hotel, answering phone calls, making reservations, helping complete daily check list and other projects as given by department head or other managers. It is helpful to have a working knowledge of the surrounding area and be computer literate. Applicant must be able to work a flexible schedule, which includes days, evenings, weekends and holidays. Experience is helpful, but not required.

Bellman (Full-Time)

Ideal applicant must be able to handle lifting and bending. You must be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. You must have a flexible schedule and be able to work weekends. You must have excellent communication and people skills with knowledge of the Naperville area helpful. Applicant should be outing going and ready to interact with hotel guests. Some of the responsibilities are driving the van, assisting with luggage, assisting with directions, etc. This is primarily a tipped position but it does include a base rate.

Banquet Set-up (2nd Shift/ Full-Time and Part-Time)

Ideal candidate should be able to work scheduled shifts and arrive on time. This position is second shift (3-11pm) and does require weekend availability.  This position is responsible for setting meeting rooms. Heavy lifting and bending are required. This is a very physical, fast paced position. Good communication skills are required to communicate over the radio, Spanish helpful, but not required.

Housekeeping Houseman (Full-Time)

Must be able to handle lifting and bending. This position requires good communication skills and English is a must. You must be able to work day and evening shifts and be able to work weekends and holidays. Candidates who are not flexible will not be considered. Some of the responsibilities for this position are vacuuming, moping, cleaning the lobby area, public restrooms, pool area, office areas, etc.

Room Attendant (Full-Time)

Must be able to handle continuous lifting, bending, and pushing of a cart to properly clean guest rooms. You must have good communication skills and English skills are a must. Additionally you must be flexible and able to work weekends. You will be required to clean 16 rooms at the highest cleanliness level in a eight hour shift. This is very physical position.
