Sales Manager (exempt)
Candidates
must have several years of previous sales experience in a full-service
hotel. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated skills in
soliciting, negotiating and booking business through various efforts.
Candidates will be required to continually develop and enhance
relationships with key corporate accounts. You will be expected to
participate in trade shows as well as community and professional
organizations to maintain high visibility. Candidates will also have
excellent communication skills and be able to efficiently and
effectively communicate with clients and other departments to ensure a

Bartender (Full-Time,
evening shifts)
Must
have experience bartending including opening and closing a shift as
well as cash handling experience. TIPS certified or equivalent
preferred. This position is evening shifts. This position requires a
candidate with excellent communication and customer service skills.
You must have demonstrated customer service and bartending skills to
be considered.
Dishwasher (Part-Time/1st
Shift)
Ideal
candidate should be able to work scheduled shifts and arrive on time.
Applicant must be able to handle lifting and bending. This position
requires someone who can work quickly and efficiently during busy
times and can handle the sometimes fast pace of the kitchen.
Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule and will be
required to work weekends. English skills are required!
Bellman (full-time)
Ideal
applicant must be able to handle lifting and bending. You must be at
least 21 years of age with a valid driver’s license and a clean
driving record. You must have a flexible schedule and be able to work
weekends. You must have excellent communication and people skills with
knowledge of the Naperville area helpful. Applicant should be outing
going and ready to interact with hotel guests. Some of the
responsibilities are driving the van, assisting with luggage,
assisting with directions, etc. This is primarily a tipped position
but it does include a base rate.
Front Office Associate
(full-time)
Ideal
candidates should be able to work scheduled shifts and arrive on time.
This position requires excellent customer service skills,
communication skills, and a positive “yes” attitude. It is helpful
to have a working knowledge of the surrounding area and be computer
literate. You must be able to work a flexible schedule, which includes
days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
Housekeeping Houseman
(full-time) Third Shift
Ideal
candidates should be able to work schedule shifts and arrive on time.
Applicant must be able to handle lifting and bending. This position
requires good communication skills and English is a must. This
position is third shift which is overnight (11pm-7am) and be able to
work weekends and holidays. Candidates who are not flexible will not
be considered. Some of the responsibilities for this position are
vacuuming, moping, cleaning the lobby area, public restrooms, pool
area, office areas, etc.
