Catering/
Convention Services Manager (Exempt)
This position is
responsible for primarily social markets such as weddings. This is not
an entry- level position. Some of the requirements of the position are
excellent communication skills both written and verbal, customer
service skills, computer literacy, and the ability to multi-task and
remain organized in a sometimes stressful environment. This position
is responsible for maintaining client contact, booking and finalizing
events, contracts, tours, and acting as a liaison between the client
and the operations staff on the date of the event. Day, evening, and
weekend hours will be required. Prior experience in a full-service
hotel environment is preferred.
Catering Sales Manager
(exempt)
This is not
entry-level sales management position. Some previous sales experience
in the hospitality industry is required; knowledge of the SMERF market
and Social business is preferred. Must have an outgoing, take charge
attitude. Some nights and weekends are required with this position as
well. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Publisher, PowerPoint,
and Internet applications are required. Bilingual (Spanish) Desirable,
but not necessary. If you are ready for a position in a challenging

Housekeeping
Houseman (Full-Time)
Must be able to
handle lifting and bending. This position requires good communication
skills and English is a must. You must be able to work day and evening
shifts and be able to work weekends and holidays. Candidates who are
not flexible will not be considered. Some of the responsibilities for
this position are vacuuming, moping, cleaning the lobby area, public
restrooms, pool area, office areas, etc.
Restaurant
Server (Full-Time)
Must have prior
serving experience, excellent communication skills, detail and
customer service oriented. This position is primarily evening shifts
but may consist of some morning shifts; weekend availability is
required for this position as well as holidays. Ideal candidate should
be able to work scheduled shifts and arrive on time. Applicant should
be comfortable working in a fast paced environment and be willing to
help out in other areas of the restaurant, (i.e., bussing tables,
seating guests).
